Semi–Private Shooting Program
- Program Focus:
- The Rep shooting program is specifically designed to enhance players’ shooting skills, elevate their scoring abilities on the court, and complete 300+ shots per session.
- Shooting Fundamentals:
- The program emphasizes the importance of proper shooting fundamentals, including footwork, balance, hand positioning, and release technique. Players receive specialized instruction and drills to refine their shooting form and consistency.
- Shooting Mechanics Analysis:
- Each participant’s shooting mechanics are carefully analyzed using video recording. This allows for a detailed assessment of shooting technique and the identification of areas that need improvement.
- Range and Accuracy:
- The program aims to increase players’ shooting range and accuracy. Players are taught techniques to improve their shooting efficiency from different distances and positions on the court, including catch-and-shoot, off-the-dribble, and shooting off screens.
Sessions dates: July 11, 18, 25 & August 1, 8, 15 and 22.
