Boys and Girls – SK to Grade 1 (September through July)
Provide entry-level basketball program for young children
Fun, active and healthy learning
Curriculum has been developed by NBA Basketball Operations and a team of experts in child development and physical literacy, and basketball fundamentals

Staglets Program

Boys and Girls – Grades 2 to 3 (September through July)
This program is centered on the “Active Start” stage, focusing on developing fundamental movement skills and building overall motor coordination.
It follows the Canadian Sports Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, which provides the foundation for optimal training and age-appropriate competition.
Our approach helps children enjoy sports to the fullest while developing the skills they need to perform at their best.

Boys and Girls – Grade 4 to Grade 10 (September through July)
This is a complete player’s developmental program for beginners and skilled players
Developing and advancing athletes’ skills, enhancing their understanding of the game, and fostering a love for competition through our House League, 3×3 Spring/Summer, and Rep Competitive programs

Boys and Girls – Grade 4 to 12 (November through March)
This is a complete league experience, featuring organized teams, scheduled games, and certified professional referees to provide a high-quality and fair playing environment.
Players are placed into divisions grouped by both gender and age, ensuring balanced competition and appropriate skill development at every level

Our Rep Basketball Program is a competitive-level program designed for athletes who are committed to developing their skills and competing at a higher level.
